  • I Received Your Monopoly Game Board at my local West Hollywood, California Pavilions Store and I am Very AngryUpset and Disappointed with the Game.
  • It Clearly States That You Have More Chances To Win Online!
  • I therefore went on to the www.ShopPlayWin.com website to try to get My Free Online Game Pieces and there were None Available!
  • Not Only That but it says the following once I went online: Type This Here To See The Following: shopplaywin.com/#/enter-code

  • Enter A Code Below
  • Enter 16 Digit Code Here
  • How Am I Supposed To Get My 16 Digit Code when there was None Available To Be Seen On Your Website and None To Be Sent To Me By Email Either!
  • This To ME Sounds Like A Scam Of Some Sort!
  • All I Want Are More Online and/or Paper Game Pieces From You and/or Want To Receive The 16 Digit Code So That I Can Access More Game Pieces Online!
  • Obviously I Am Not Asking For Much!
  • You Can Afford To Take Care Of Pavilions' Customer Properly!

  • Moving Right Along:  Well, after I had sent out my Extreme and Very Serious Letter Of Complaint, I then received a response letter back on Monday, March 5, 2018 from Kriss De Nardo, Vice President, Global Consumer Care Promising To Send ME Out Several FREE Monopoly Game Pieces which was a Big Lie and Never Happened!  Here is her Response Letter!

You will receive a free game ticket each time you make a purchase (excluding lottery tickets, stamps, tobacco, alcohol, or other products excluded by law). You will also receive a game ticket for each purchase of a bonus game ticket product. Additionally, if you purchase 10 bonus ticket products in one transaction, you will receive 1 additional game ticket. You can also receive 1 game ticket and 1 bonus ticket by mail.  Game tickets are not available online.

  • Continuing Onwards:  The situation gets only Worst because back on Friday, March 16, 2018 instead of Receiving The Appropriate Game Pieces from Kriss De Nardo, Vice President, Global Consumer Care, she instead has one of her employees by the name of Jon Simonzi, Senior Coordinator Send Me Out A Bunch Of Metal Pieces Of Junk in which I have in My Possession and Took Pictures Of.
