Have pictures of the car on the transporter to transport car out of state. No damage to left rear bumper. Have pictures on damaged bumper on transporter at drop off location before the car was dropped off. Haulawayautotransport damaged bumper. Was told to contact Protransport who said a clame has to be filed in 24 hours. I was driving back to the drop off point, arrived after the 24 hour deadline. The person who signed for the car was not fimiliar with the condition of the car. I have sent pictures to Haulaway who referred me to Protransportwho said nothing could be done due to the time frame.
