I, unfortunately, have 2 separate judgments that are being handled by these blood suckers and had been paying $100.00 a month to each of them since April 2007. Of course I should have fought them both at that time as they were past the statue of limitations in my state. At the time I was a perfect mark and they intimidated me into agreeing to the debt and paying them according to their arrangements.

Like everyone else ,the economy has taken its toll on my finances. My wife has her own non-profit business but only takes home a small percentage of what she should and can't work a regular job because of her physical condition as a result of 2 automobile accidents. Consequently I fell behind by 2 months. Exactly 60 days from the date I wrote them the last check, they garnished all 3 of my checking accounts and left me with a zero balance in all three, to the tune of over $1,000.00. The only option I have is a claim of exemption which may or may not be accepted by the court.

Please, before you respond to these vampires, check the statue of limitations in your state. You may be able to tell them to "take a hike."
