I paid for a 90 minute massage which I only received 70 minutes. This business is mobile massage so there is no physical location for anyone to be accountable for services. Brandy finally agreed to refund my money but after numerous calls, emails, texts and paypal request for refund, she has not fulfilled her promise of a refund. She has instead chosen to accuse me of writing reviews that are negative (which I have because I believe others should be aware when service is bad and when you don't get what you paid for). She continues to mess up on my name when we did have contact, now she refuses to return any contact I have made (this is easy when there is no physical location). I can only imagine others who felt they got Ripped off by Brandy and Healing Watters Spa.

Brandy Watters continues to lie and deny the refund.

This is what she wrote to "save face" after offering a full refund on my voice message which she said she would write me a check for the FULL amount of $75 which I called her back several times to meet me since she has no physical location. What she didn't post is my rebuttal to her comments to the BBB. They gave her an overall rating of a C which was upgraded from a F when she didn't respond within the 30 days when the complaint was open. I find it interesting she attempted to try to tell a false version of this. What she wrote was wrong as I made the complaint before the 10 months and also did not recommend her at any networking events.

She keeps blaming me for other negative reviews and threatening slander, but I will write my name on them. It is not my fault if others voice their opinions for bad service. Brandy, I believe it is libel not slander if it's written word, but Brandy shows her ignorance and lies as she also denies the refund of $75. I really believe she must need it for her shady "mobile" business as I believe we could have resolved this had there been a physical location. She would have been more responsive and accountable had we been able to reach her. Just let the Buyer beware of mobile businesses. I know what was promised to me by Brandy, and she knows she is lying. I'm happy you finally spelled my name correctly on this report, which I see you changed it from the original BBB report. What else have you changed on your story? I just hope others will not get the same poor service as me. That's all I can hope for at this point.

We have never had any complaints from any of our clients such as this and address issues immediately. Mai Hammond received service November 2010 waited 10months to complain about a servce she paid for and tipped on. Healing Watters Spa is not a massage parlor.

This client has already made attempts to contact local BBB other online review platfoms and is not content with any resolution please see responses below:

Mai Hammond was an email subscriber to Brandy L Watters, LMT / Healing Watters Spa email since September 2010.
In November 2010 there was an email special in home or office massage 60 minutes for $65 and receive 30 minutes free.
Mai Hammond had an in home massage for the special and paid $65 for the service and added a $10 tip totalling $75. She did not indicate any dissatisfaction with the service.

Later that month she later stopped by our booth at a networking event and received a complimentary 15 minute chair massage and again left her card for future business and introduced her friends and co-workers to myself and staff. She did not indicate any dissatisfaction of any services received at this point either.

Mai Hammond remained on our mail list till Sept 2011 where she requested to be unsubscribed.
I have received contact from Mai Hammond through text messaging and email. I have attempt to contact her via PHONE as she has requested not to be contacted email nor text messaging and she has not taken my call.
I am not sure of any spa, massage service or company at that offering refunds of service nor tip almost 10 months after service is rendered.

I do thank her for her feedback and did offer her a discount for future service as I do not want anyone to have feelings such as hers towards anyone for such a long time but she did turn it away.

I will not be offering a refund at this time. If in the future Mai Hammond or any of our customer's have a complaint or issue please do so at the time of service or within 3 days of receiving a service.

Thank you for this opportunity to leave a comment to this situation. I also ask that Mai Hammond no longer leave reviews online nor under a false name as this will be seen as slander and legal action will be taken.

10/26/2011 WEBBBBRECEIVED BUSINESS' REBUTTAL RESPONSE : Thank you for your feedback. I do not wish to go back and forth about this situation as it has already taken too much of your time and mine as well. Mai Hammond's perception of the situation is her reality.

Mai Hammond did not contact me or my company until September 2011 about her dissatisfaction of the service and expressed wanting a refund for a service she received back in November 2010.

In November 2010, the gentleman at the networking event was a represenative of Healing Watters Spa.

I have never offered Mai Hammond a refund for the services. Mai Hammond's request for reimbursement is out of the statute of limitations for a refund for the service.

However; I will offer $10 refund towards the minutes she feels she did not receive.

Healing Watters Spa is a small company that offers mobile massages in the comfort of customers homes and offices.
Thank you again for your time.
