This company has ripped me off, upset me enormously and I have lost $97. "Healthweb" (USA) has behaved in an appauling manner.

For a month all I got was an automated email message over an over and no direct reposne to my complaint of NON_DELIVERY of item. No tracking number was issued at the time of purchase, as promised so I could not even trace the item until it was too late to chase.

Only when I filed a complaint with PayPal asking them to help me fight the case, only then did they repsond in person to me and then did not themselves help me investigate why my item was never deleivered by UPS deliveries. Between them I have been totally rippsed off and lost all my money.

The company is clearly not geared up to handle international deleivery to London. Do not buy from them if you live in London or Europe as they do not delievr and you get ripped off. Beware!
