I signed up for a 14 day free trail of "Extreme Acai Berry" tablets for which I paid $3.95 for shipping & handling charged on my credit card. The charge for that shows up as "Diet Offer Store" Phone #877-859-0952. After the free trial period, I received a 30 day supply of tablets and was charged $89.31 on my credit card which I did not authorize. The order came with one small piece of paper giving precautions, instructions and a phone #877-350-8480. It stated that unless I called to cancel, my credit card would be charged $89.31 each month. There was no address shown so you could not return the product to get a credit either. I have called both phone numbers numerous times and all I get is a voicemail message stating at what times to call, rings somewhere then puts you on hold for 10 minutes after which time it disconnects my call. Both of these phone #s have the same exact recording and you never get a live person to speak to in order to cancel the order and future orders. In trying to find the exact same website I came across www.sybervisionl.com where numerous people underwent the same problem as me and stating it is a scam website. I now have had to call my credit card company to notify them of this and to cancel and issue me a new card. Unfortunately they have over 16 different names and websites and phone numbers.
