Hearts On Fire Harvy Rovinsky Would Not Refund My money for my Ring within my 90 day warrenty period. Which is stated clearly on their worldwide warrenty.They said the only way I would get my money back was if they removed the dia Atlantic City, New Jersey

I Purchased My Ring On July 18, 2012. They were so nice before they made the sale. Then My ring was sized and it was too big and I sent it back and they put 2 Round pieces on the inside of my band. Then it was so tight It cut off my circulation, and also left a welt on my finger after only wearing it 2 hours. I called the next day and the sales person Carla Desrosiers was so rude and stated that "We have had so many problems with this ring I don't know what else we can do for you" I then said," well I would like to be able to wear the ring I spent $12,990.00 on." She was so nasty for no reason. I can't help that they resized my finger wrong.. Now I have a ring I can not wear.

I called Their corporate office and they were nice and took my complaint but never really cared enough to get my money back. I called my credit card company to file a dispute. The credit card Co. Said we would have a conferance call with the manager Lu the following day at 1pm. The next day My credit card adviser and I were ready to get things taken care of with the manager Lu and he put me on hold and got Lu on the line he introduced himself and told her why he was calling and she flew into a rage and yelled I am working , I don't have time for this and hung up on him. After that I called the corporate office and explained what happened. In the meantime my Credit card Co. Made notes on the rude hangup by the so called manager Lu, and also has an audio tape of that rude woman!!FOR PROOF!  Then they said the owner wanted to talk with me. So yesterday he called me and said that They will not give me my full refund, He will take the diamond out and keep that and deduct $5,000.00  from my $12,990.00 Ring and I can keep the setting..

In The Hearts On Fire World Wide Warranty it states: Your satisfaction with your hearts on Fire Dream Diamond Is guaranteed. If For any reason you should feel less than completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund anytime within ninety days of the date of sale. It must have the original bill of sale and the diamond grading document. It must be returned in its original condition, with the serial number matching the inscription.  It says nothing about a partial refund and them chopping the ring up and giving me the setting and keeping $5,000.00  They were so rude and are not honoring their World wide warranty. My 90 days will be up on Monday October 15th 2012 and I am going to the store almost 3 hours from my home Tomorrow to get all of my money or I will Dispute this all later with my credit card Co. I would never recommend this store Hearts On Fire In The Atlantic City Waterclub /Borgata Hotel Or any other one if they lie and don't honor their Warrenty. They Are The Rudest people I Have ever dealt with in my life!

The Owner of Hearts on Fire was so nice when I finally got to meet him in person last week. I did file this report on here the day after I got my full Refund of $12,990.00 back from the owner Harvey Rovinsky. For Some reason it never showed up on this site so I am filing this report again now.  The Owner Harvey is a kind and caring man and only wanted to make me the consumer happy. I feel he realized that the manager Lu a woman who works at his store and the saleswoman Carla did treat me terrible.  I hope he realizes he will be losing alot of money with rude people working for him and representing his store Hearts On Fire.  In The end Harvey Rovinsky was awesome and I would definitely buy from Hearts On Fire again, but only deal with the owner Harvey. Thank You..
