Helio Cellular Can't seem to get a refund on a product I didn't even order!!!! Santa Monica California

Helio accidentally sent me a phone for whatever reason, and they charged me for it. They said I had to pay for the phone or I would get my service cut off. I had no choice because I need to have my phone.

I returned the phone and called to see if they can refund my money, and they go on and one about the "three tiers" and start backpeddling when I put them on the spot. The CSR's are dumber than rocks. It took me five phone calls for them to even process my refund. They keep promising me that I will get it in the bank in three days. Nothing. I call again and the rep told me that the previous rep didn't process the refund!!! So worked on it for me, and now I should have it in 24 hours. Nothing again. I wait till Monday. Nothing yet again. I finally called today to ask them what the deal was, and the rep told me it was ready to go and all she had to do was process it. Fine. Now they tell me they are going to mail me a check and I have to wait another two weeks in order to get my $225 bucks back!!!!! I never told them I wanted it mailed. They told me they would put it directly into my bank account! I got so tired and frustrated that I told them FINE! JUST MAIL IT THAN!

The service I get with Helio is great, but it comes with a hefty price. When I need to follow-up with a problem, I have to explain the entire situation again because they previous CSR didn't save the notes!! The CSR's are perhaps the worse I have ever experienced my entire life! They are far worse than (((competitor's name redacted))).

If I don't get my check in two weeks I'm definetely filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
