Please don't hire Hemattie Devanan (from Maspeth Queens, in nyc) unless you want her burning to the ground. She is of middle eastern descent with relatives in New Jersey. Working with Hemattie Devanan I originally thought would be fine but it never was. She would yell at people, curse them out, get employees to hand them things like water from the fridge that was to be sold to customers.

If you drop things that was to be served to customers she would still have you pick it up from the floor. Hemattie Devanan may send you home if you follow her budget focused rules. She is so strict to where Hemattie Devanan does it just to have an excuse to argue or yell at you. Hemattie Devanan seems to also have strictly other managers back her up when giving attitudes and when that employee complains she will have her other shift managers back her up to make innocent rule abiding employees like me look bad.

 Hemattie Devanan Has no sympathy for her employees. Hemattie Devanan never was a true leader like she was supposed to me. She discourages people and further promotes hostility. Hemattie Devanan doesn't realize that the way she interacts with people does encourage quitting and also encourages hotility. Hemattie Devanan is only there for the money and not there for the people she manages. 

A couple years ago when I made complaints Hemattie Devanan would try to get me suspended off the clock for the complaints. All I did was expose real issues of her behavior as detailed above. Hemattie Devanan will not even realize what she did was wrong. The way they torture people here is wrong and Hemattie Devanan would further encourage it. I am very concern that  she steals and writes it off as a loss to further excuse things. Hemattie Devanan is caught on camera cursing and yelling at people. Management didn't do too much.

Regardless of how she treated people, I was still nice to her and did the job to the best of my knowledge and abilities. I followed the rules as best as possible. 

Hemattie Devanan and other managers seem to backup eachother when employees are complaining. They really look down on there employees. It is best recommended that Hemattie Devanan learns to treat others equally.

i have no other choice but to report the concerns here about Hemattie Devanan to further expose the potential issues she may do at other organizations. Hemattie Devanan never positively motivates employees. And Hemattie Devanan never cared for the people she is supposed to positively encourage and motivate. She cares only about her paychecks and bonuses and nothing else.
