Herman Deluna Alpha Security L.L.C; Cell Phone-480-600-5375 Not paying employess!!! Payes employees with bouncing checks!!! Phoenix Arizona

*This is my attempt at getting my money from Herman Deluna and the Alpha Sercurity Company. Note I worked from 4-25-08 through 5-24-08, and was never once payed.

On 5-2-08 I called Alpha Security. The secretary told me that my paycheck is not at the office. She then said that my paycheck might arrive on the 5-16-08.

On 5-19-08 I called Alpha Security again. Herman Deluna Answered and told me that, your pay check will arrive on 5-23-08, I will send it to your home by mail. On 5-23-08 my check never came. I called back on 5-27-08, but Herman would not pick up the phone. He even had his cell phone turned off every time I would call.

On the 5-29-08 at 10:00 PM, I called Tim the supervisor for Alpha Security. I explained what happened when I attempted to get my paycheck, and that I have been trying to get paid ever since I started my employment on 4-25-08. Tim then said to me, I am going to let Herman know about your concern. Two minutes later Tim called me back saying that Herman requested me to come to his office at 12:00Pm the following day to pick up my paycheck, but then he suddenly changed his mind and said to me, I am not sure if Herman is going to give you a paycheck or not.


On 5-30-08 I went to Herman's office and requested my paycheck. I brought with me my uniform shirt. When I spoke to Herman I said, can you please give me my paycheck? He said I have your paycheck right here, and he pointed to a envelope on his desk. He then said this paycheck is for the first two weeks of employment. I then said, Herman I have been working for you since 4-25-08 and today is 5-30-08. I believe that I should be paid for all the 5 weeks that I worked. I then said that I have been calling you for a week and you never answer your or return my calls. He then said I am busy. I told him that he also promised me to mail me my paycheck on 5-23-08. I then said I think that you need to give me all of the money that I have worked for. He said I will give you this paycheck after you give me my uniform back. I then said, Herman I believe that if I give you this uniform, you will never pay me my money. I cant trust you Herman, after you have lied to me for so many times. He then said either you take the paycheck and give me my uniform or I will kick you out of here my self if I get mad. I then said that I would return with the police. 15 minutes latter I came back with 3 police officers and spoke with Herman. I told the officers that I needed their protection because Herman was threatening my by saying he would kick me out. The police told me that the paycheck matter would have to resolved in court or at the labor board. Herman then yelled out yeah go to the labor board The police offers told me that I needed to return Herman's uniform, because they said it was his property. I then asked what about my money, he still has my money. So I then gave Herman the shirt. The police officer then said to Herman, give him his paycheck. Herman then told the officer, I don't have a paycheck for him. I told the officer that he was lying because he showed me the envelope 15 minutes ago, and there was a paycheck inside. Herman then said you need to comeback at 3:00 PM and I will have a paycheck for you. I said I cant do that because I have to be at my job at 1:00PM. I told him that he did this in order to cover up for not having the paycheck in the first place, like he said on the phone to Tim the night before. The police officer then asked if I could comeback to pick up the check on Saturday or Monday. Herman said he needs to come in Monday. I then said I am not going to come on Monday, especially since he lied to me numerous times about my paycheck.

I believe if I go to his office on Monday the 2nd of June, it will only lead to another excuse from him saying to me why he does not have the paycheck. I also do not want hear him threaten me with physical harm as he did before. This individual Herman Deluna will continue to postpone my wages and ultimately not pay me my wages, if this continues.

*Up untill the posting of my story I have put a report in with the Arizona Labor Board. I am still trying to get my money from Herman Deluna.
