I had paid them USD 997 for formation of US Entity, US Bank Account and US Merchant Account on July 5th, 2012. Till date they had not delivered any thing and charged.
I had made my payment through Paypal and payment was sent to Hermansen Brothers Inc. mike@hermansenbrothers.com. I had ordered this package from www.myusbusiness.com
There is limit of 45 days to dispute. They kept on promising to deliver the package and made excuses every time. Now they don't even bother to reply my emails.
They same package they are now offering for USD 797 in their website.
This is a phrase from their website "Results are GUARANTEED! If we're unable to set up your accounts, we'll give you a full refund!"
But infact they will stop replying to your email once you ask for refund.
Be aware of this company.

Hi,
I have heard about these scammers through a couple of friends who unfortunately were conned by them. Becasue they trusted StoreCoach who are selling the product they were taken in big time. Still chasing their money back and no replies to their emails. I think the ring leader is a "Darren Miller" from the UK who looks like a nigerian con-man. Even if you paid by paypal if you used your credit card you can intitiate a chargeback through your credit card company due to fruad. If not its a lesson to ALWAYS use your credit card. Credit Card companies offer you more protection then Paypal.
