Hess Kennedy & Co. it has been six months and i had no contact from them unless i have called them .they tell me they are in talks with my creditors and the call me and tell they have no contact from this company ,so i call hess kennedy and they tell me everything is going ok. yesterday i was contacted by one of my creditors and told they were going to send me to the collector and never contacted. hess kennedy told they will send a cover letter out to stop the payment calls,that hasnt happened. they told me the would talk to my cerditors and negotiate a lower payoff amount, that didnt happen.one company called me yesterday and told me they have had no contact with hess kennedy and told me they were sending me to collections, they also told me hess kennedy was under ivestagations(many)oh and they told me this company had made and offer of 1/3 of what i owed them. i hope people read this and can understand what i am trying to say thank you. clive, rochester ny
