We paid Hess Kennedy $497 per month from 2/25/08 until October. They are now in receivership aand filed a Proof of Claim form on 10/27/08.

We would like to know when we can expect a reply or at least an acknowledgement from Daniel J Stermer the receiver in this Lawsuit.
