Hess Kennedy Paid of 1600 Coral Springs Florida

I was having problems with debt, and looked up some companies online. Hess Kennedy was the only ones that called back. I thought by doing this I would be helping myself get my debt under control. I gave them the list of companines I wanted them to deal with and we agreed on a monthly amount for 12 months to pay. I continued to get calls from collectors and would refer them to Hess Kennedy as they said to do.

When the calls kept coming in I call Hess Kennedy, would never get an answer and if I did get lucky enough to talk to someone I was told that they didn't have record of me having an account with them or that the company I was talking about wasn't a company we agreed upon. I have asked several times for copies of the letters that were sent to the creditors and copies of my agreement, what compaines I asked for help with and what they showed I asked for help with. Never have I received anything from them.

After a year they still kept taking money out of my accout when I was paide up. I have paid over 1600.00 to this company and I am now getting letters saying they will garnish my wages to pay for these debts that Hess Kennedy was supposed to take care of.
