Hess Kennedy Ruined My Credit Coral Springs Florida

Before signing on with Hess Kennedy, my credit report was very good. Now my credit is ruined and I am left with huge credit card charges because Hess Kennedy did not negotiate with any of the companies and no monies was paid to the companies.

I sent money monthly to Hess Kennedy along with an initial $5,000 paid to them. The sad part is that I had gotten my daughter to sign up with them as well.
Now she is facing the same situation as myself. I am 56 years old with no hope of ever being able to buy a home, a small loan or any type of credit card. She is in her 20's and her credit is already ruined as well.

I cancelled my service with them last year when I found out nothing had been done to settle with my credit card companies. Hess Kennedy (after multiple phone calls and emails) did send me a check for a couple of thousand dollars to partially cover what I paid them....minus the $5,000 initial cost. My daughter however has not gotten any repayment from them.
Our credit however is forever ruined.
