The HP Mini 1000 Laptops from verizon have a flaw the laptop just stop working and HP whats to charge 300.00 USD to fix it but I paid less for the laptop its self. I cheched all blogs and i see that many people are having the same problem. what can i do.

You don't provide enough into here to tell if you have been "ripped off" or not. It's not a rip off is a computer breaks or stops working, they all do. It's a rip-off if you didn't get the service, support, or refunds promised to you by HP or by the retailer.
Were you within your refund period? Were you within your warranty period? Were you an informed consumer who bothered to read their warranty?
