HIFISoundconnection.com Took Money with no refund or product Internet

On 05/28/08 I found an awesome stereo system (stereo receiver, speakers and splash plate cover) for my boat with an outstanding price so I registered with the company. And immediately got a response form LISA CASH, how convienient is that name, thanking me for registering. So I made the purchase with my credit card,and immediately received a receipt again from Lisa Cash all within minutes of each transaction and immediately they processed my card and took their money. On 05/29/08 @ 6:10 pm I got a confirmation that the items had been shipped. I was ecstatic at how fast this was all going. Well, 2 days later I received in my mailbox a package only to find the $44.00 face plate cover in the package yet indicated that all items were shipped. I immediately called and emailed after a 5 day delay in response and repetitive emails finally received a phone call and directed they were to cancel this order and with a responded email verified transaction cancelled. I still have never received my refund of $450.63. Called again on 06/25/08 and spoke very briefly with an individual and indicated the situation he said oh let me see what is going on and then silence followed by the mailbox you have dialed is full please try your call again later. Now when attempt to email I get a blank page oppose to a submit form. NEXT STEP VISA then if I still get no response MAIL FRAUD because receipt indicates all items shipped USPS and none received FELONY and FEDERAL.
