Hilton Williams Ray and White Real Estate Agent Sydney Charlattan, Rip-Off Real Estate Salesman Sydney New South Wales

Hilton Williams is a real estate agent operating in Australia, and works out of the state of Queensland and New South Wales.

Hilton Williams was responsible for selling my mother's house in the suburb of Greenwich in Northen Sydney. My father just passed away and my mother no longer had such use for a large house, so she decided to downgrade and sell it. My mother is a very trusting individual, and Hilton Williams' informed her that he could sell her house, on a 750 sqm land, for 600 000 Austrlian dollars in May 2016, at the peak of the real estate boom in Australia. My mother's house itself is was worth in excess of 3 million Australian. He took advantage of my mother's naiviety and innocence, and ended up selling the house to his friend for that price. Before the contract and agreement was signed however, luckily I returned from my trip from Asia and intervened. When I pointed out the price he quoted was much lower than the estimate I got from realestate.com.au, and from a third party independent property valuer, Hilton immediately started resorting to racist slurs, calling myself and my mother "Dirty, greedy money hungry wogs".

We got into an argument afterwards and I complained to Ray White Real Estate in North Sydney, but no action has been taken. I have informed the Complaints Commission of Australia of racial discrimination perpetraited by Hilton Willliams, which my wife has video evidence of she was able to film on her phone.

Hilton Williams' is an unscrupulous and scamming real estate agent who needs to be avoided at all costs.
