Fabian Garcia contacted me for a kitchen remodel of his house in Key West. After 2 months of back and forth and multiple changes to the design, we set up an appointment to finalize the purchase. I drove down on a Friday to Key West took all the measurements and picked up a check for 50% of the job .  Saturday morning I deposited the check and pulled his order from stock . Sunday he called and canceled the order and demanded that i overnight a refund. Monday I  made money orders to send to him then I went to the bank to see if the check has cleared and explained the circumstaces to the bank rep. They told me that not until Thursday they wouldn't know if the check cleared just in case if there were a stop payment on the check. That day the calls and text message became urget and aggressive as you can see in the attachments. I waited till tuesday and sent him the money orders which a copy of them are also attached. Wednesday I was informed by the bank that a stop payment was indeed place on the check the same day it was written. Looks to me that someone intened to defraud me from the begining. This man started messaging all my contacts on facebook and harassed them telling them I stole from him. WHO DOES THIS ?Please if you are a contractor of any sort stay away from this person. He will rip you off. He works at the Sheraton Suites Hotel in Key West. 

I for the most part would let this go but , when people lie to justify not paying for services rendered I draw the line. I was contracted by Karyn Vidal May of 2017 to design and sell her kitchen cabinets. First she wanted to shop for the counter top to match her floors. It took 2 days of going from shops to shops to find what she wanted. I put it on my account and got her a 15% discount and the granite was shipped to the fabricators.  After two months ,mutiple changes and hours of work she decided on a design and gave me a $3000 deposit . Once the order was ready for delivery she and her contractor decided to change the complete style, materials and design. Again  I needed to redo all the work . Spend two days shopping for material with her until she finally decided At that time I paid the custom cabinet maker the $3000 she gave plus she paid the difference of the deposit to the builder. At this point after 3 months of the granite sitting at the fabricators she wants to change the material. She has me return the granite but the company had charged me 20% restocking fee thats $1200 I lose and only gave me a store credit. Which means i need to buy something from them in order to recoup my money. In the mean time her cabinent were installed and the balance was paid to the fabricators and not me . At this point her boyfriend Vinny from Jersy who thinks he's a wiseguy decided to get involve . He google my name and finds out that I was on probation for conracting with out a license in another county. He contacted my probation officer and  told him that I stole from his girlfriend . I spoke to the officer and told him that i will just cut my losses and give her a full refund . I arraiged the next day for her to pick her $6000 . She sent her son whos on an ankle moniter for drugs picked up the refund. 

At this point I've lost $1200 from the granite, all the time , gas , design work and all the aggrivation.  I never got paid for the cabinets , design work  and time spent. YET I'M THE BAD GUY!
