Terry L Sanders, or Ill just call you Austin Sanders because thats the name I know you by. I would like everyone to know, that Terry L Sanders is a fake, and a fraud. He will use you any way he can to get money. He does in fact use a handful of different names. And he is wanted for all the crimes he has commited. He will tell you anything you want to hear so that you hand your money over to him. Dont let him fool you.

He is very good at bribing people out of their hard earnd money. There is no telling how many people he has screwed over in the past years. And if you wondering how I know all of this information, its because about 7 years ago, he made my mother, my brother and I belive that he was in the Army, and a Country singer. And he had us traveling all over the United States. While he was infact taking my mothers money.

When we later found out that he was a fraud, via Google, he was arressted, and the Police did infact inform us that he was a wanted man. He not only posses as a tottaly different person, and takes your money, but he also runs from the Police. That is why he had us living in MANY MANY different states. I dont care what he says, he NEVER refunded anyones money.

Everyone needs to know that this man, Terry L Sanders, will put on a front, and act as anything, and anyone. He is a crook!!!!! I have experienced his fraud in person because my mother, my brother and I actually lived with him for a while. And we had no idea he sponged up all our money untill it was all gone. Terry Sanders, I hope you get what you deserve.

Glad to see its official!! If the Feds were called in to make the arrest then he's in hotter water than I originally thought!! Now I'm REALLY glad I got away from him and didn't continue to be involved in his Online "Businesses". Thanks "Doc" for notifying us of the details. Its sad to think that someone like him used his ability to do business in a corrupt way. You have to have SOME kind of business sense to be able to scam someone in such a complex way with fake companies and being able to convince others to help you with your scams (unknowingly). To think..he could've used all that knowledge to make real money HONESTLY. May God have mercy on him, no one else will!

FYI....Terry was arrested a month ago by US Marshals and is in Federal custody. I cannot disclose is whereabouts but I can tell you he will be doing time for the things each of you has said he has done. Jonesboro PD has been notified of his arrest. So everyone can rest a sure you will not be hearing from him anytime soon! 

I know everyone reading this wants to know how I know this information? Well, to answer that question we are family. Everyone has gotten his or her wish for Terry to be caught for his crimes and so he has. It is unfortunate that Terry would waste his life ripping others off to benefit himself in the moment.

I see that Terry is up to old tricks. Unfortunately that is only a posting for an Arrest Warrant, not verification of an actual arrest. However, I would LOVE to see that!! For a little background of myself, (I'll try to make it as short and to the point as possible) I am a musician (drummer) and in the spring of 2011 I responded to an ad looking to hire musicians for an soon to be "Asian Tour" for Terry L. Sanders. I responded to the ad and was contacted by Terry's "Manager" (Newly Hired) and located out of Atlanta....Company name "Eagle Entertainment Worldwide". After a short and quick conversation with them I then spoke with Terry, he immediately "hired" me as his Drummer. After a week or two I traveled with Terry to Atlanta to meet with the new mngt company and to acquire the remaining musicians needed for his "Asian Tour". We met with Eagle Entertainment and spent the week in Atlanta attempting to locate musicians and get started working on Terry's Music. It didn't take long for me to realize he knows almost NOTHING about the music business, OR about music in general once we actually sat down with a couple of guys and "Played" some songs of his. Terry put the responsibility on E.E.W. to locate, audition, and hire musicians for his "Tour" within a few days time, AND without investing any money to do so (at least HIS money anyway). I had NO expectation of them being able to accomplish this, not due to a lack of capability, but because it was such an unreasonable request. During the time spent in Atlanta I was a guest of Terry's the entire time, I didn't receive payment of any kind from him, but I also never had to spend any money while with him either, he paid for our hotel room, food, and transportation. While we were there Terry came up with the idea for "Hits Records Inc." and WE started building the website (I still have the Original H.R. logo I designed for the website). Essentially it was to be Owned by Terry (secretly) but would provide a record company for Terry to be "Signed" with. After the week was over Terry decided that E.E.W. wasn't performing to his expectations and we left Atlanta to return to Florida. I found no fault with E.E.W. nor thought any less of their business for not being able to fulfill Terry's requests. After our return I remained in contact with Terry by phone and he continued to schedule our departure for Asia within the next few weeks...when I asked about musicians he would say "we'll hire them when we get there". He continued to expand his Hits Records idea with other websites..."GetMusicians.org" and StarSearchWorldwide" .I was under the assumption he was creating (however stupid) a legit business idea. Terry even went as far as to tell me that they were OUR companies. He said I was "Co-Owner" of them, but as its commonly said I wouldn't believe it until I saw it in writing!! But I humored Terry and went along with it in hopes that he would focus less on the websites and more on preparing for the trip.  He then created the websites using fake pics, fake ppl, and went as far as to get the phone service for the company fowarded to his cell where he would answer as a Representative of the company, NOT as himself. I HAVE A RECORDING OF HIM DOING THIS. As time went by I started pressuring Terry for answers about our departure and got nothing but excuses and most of the time he would change the subject or ignore me completely. Long story short I realized Terry was simply a Fraud and told him where to shove it. I was then harassed and belittled and even defimated when he created a Website in MY name and slandered me claiming I had stolen from him and his "company". I ALSO HAVE RECORDINGS OF ALL THE PHONE CALLS MADE BY HIM AND OTHERS, INCLUDING TERRY IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER. After a few weeks the phone calls stopped, the website was removed and I've done everything I can to forget Terry L. Sanders. I was tipped about this website and was told Terry may have been arrested for something so I checked it out. As I stated in the beginning of my post, the Jonesboro PD has a Warrant for him, but doesn't state he was arrested yet. If Terry isn't responding its simply because he's laying low.

Terry L. Sanders is nothing but a Lying, Manipulating, Selfrightous low life of a crook. He'll stop at nothing to get what he wants and cares less of those who get hurt in his wake. Anyone getting involved with this man needs to have their head examined if they know about the things he's done and obviously continues to do!! Stay AWAY from Terry Sanders and ANYTHING he's involved in!! It took me WAY too long to realize who he was, but got away from him before I wasn't dragged into anything illegal! I only hope anyone that finds this posting will go away more educated and less naive about him than I was.

BTW, For anyone who may question or attack MY credibility, I am a Certified Law Enforcement Officer, and have absolutely NO problem proving so. Terry called me about a month ago stating that If I said that everything I mentioned before were lies he'd give me my 300 dollars back.  So to get my money back I did as he asked.  Well I wouldn't be on here if I had gotten my 300 dollars back.   He kept threatening to sue me.  As I'm broke as it is, I feared being sued.  So this is why I'm stressing I don't know about his business I'm only stating that Terry Sanders as a Person is a liar.   To date I have not received any money.  Don't believe him as a person.  He lies.

He is telling people that he was in major record label and that he sold a lot of records. He was never in any record label, he only got 2-3 songs, and he never sold any records. 

Look at his websites, all websites are offline, why? He scammed people, took their money, and now he is trying to hide evidences. Few months ago he had visitors counter on his website hitsrecords.org and he was telling people that more then 4 million visitors were on his website, and in that time he only had like 60 members? Now he made rest of profiles by himself so it looks like has people on website. And of course, after we wrote here about fake visitor counter he immediately removed it.

Again Terry, we are asking you, in which major record label were you? We would like to check that.

You can see that most of profiles are women. From Sharleen's posts we could see that Terry L. Sanders scams women a lot. He finds them on social websites and sells them stories about hard life, and so on. Don't believe in that stories people, they all are fake, just like him. Women are easier target for him. It is much easier to scam a women then a man, is it right Terry?

When someone is trying to do something, Terry L. Sanders threats them with fake law suites. Don't believe that, you should sue him for taking your money. Don't be scared, he can't sue you for telling the truth.

For the end, Terry, you can fight with us to the end, thing is, there is no end, we will keep warning people about your scams. We will follow every step you make. Terry, we will give you one advice, don't go in war with smarter people then you are. You are nothing and nobody, we all know that. You scammed too many innocent people, took their money and then disappeared. We think that you should try to ask for help, since we see that you are sick.  We suggest you to visit psychiatrist. Anyone can open that type of fake company for few dollars. People don't believe him when he say to you to go on sunbiz, and to see if "label" is real, because you can make it in same way like he did it for few dollars. Ask him about location so you can visit him. LOL.

The following is my experience with Hits Records and Terry Sanders:

I too paid Mr. Sanders $150.00... he asked me to participate in the "Reach Out Tour" that was supposed to start in November of 2011, but since I was getting in late in the game, he asked me to pay the funds to cover the cost of an airline ticket transfer.

Before I paid the money, I asked my long time (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame) friend to check into the whole program. My friend, who has toured the world several times with Bill Haley and the Comets, called Mr. Sanders, and, later that evening told me that he remembered Terry. As it turns out, Terry helped them (The Comets) get into a more lucrative touring arragement with another agency several years ago. He told me he thought Terry was honest, but probably very overloaded and overworked in getting this tour off the ground. "There are a lot of headaches involved with touring overseas."

It's true that the start date keeps getting pushed back, but it makes perfect sense, as there have been so many disasters in the country we are supposed to start touring in. Over 400 dead this week alone from their latest catastrophy.

The facts that I can relate are as follows: I got a call from Mr. Sanders in which he told me of his exasperation with the way events were unfolding, and, that things were pretty much on hold until touring could commence. My friends were telling me the whole thing was probably a sham, but I held steadfast and believed in Mr. Sanders.

Within two weeks of this phone call, I got another call from Mr. Sanders asking me where he could meet me, as he was in my area and wanted to refund the ticket transfer price. I met him at a local restaurant where he bought me lunch and a beer, handed me my $150.00 (plus interest), and told me to be patient as to the start date of the tour. He turned out to be (in my opinion) a hearty and very likeable individual who has (up till now) been true to his word.

I would add for anyone reading this that it is always a good idea to check things out as completely as possible before participating in things that sound like they may be too good to be true.

As far as i know they are good people that will work hard to try and get things going for anyone that they work with! As the owner of this company i will make it known that this party did pay using a pay pal card a fee for the Star Search Worldwide program and we reset the shows to a later date. The card was entered by Ronda on August 25, 2011 thru our website for $150.00. We credited back the card ending in 6644 on September 15,2011 for the full amount and the conf # is 74727686B0. If you were not credited your money from pay pal then you have a right to dispute this charge and we will ride right along with you on this charge. Let it be known that we recredited this card and we do not in anyway want to charge this party for anything. As for the music you say that we sold! the deal is still the same if you can prove just 1 time we sold anything then we will pay you $1000.00 per sale that you or anyone out there can show us where they bought a copy of Neighborhood riot from Hits Records or Terry Sanders now is your time to get rich! This goes out there to everyone worldwide! I am only speaking for myself when I say that Terry Sanders took $150 dollars from the teen band Neighborhood Riot for an entry fee for starsearch worldwide. When the event failed to take place for whatever reason, he never refunded their money. He claims in his previous post that he refunded the money and it must be held up in paypal. I have checked and paypal has never received any kind of refund.

I have tried several times to reach him via the phone number and e-mail listed on hits records website and have never received a reply, thus making it hard to resolve this issue. He continues to market the bands music in his online store even though he said in his previous post that he was removing their music.

If Amy is having a hard time believing that Terry L. Sanders wouldn't do anything wrong then maybe She/He should go to hits records and take a look for herself/himself ,Their music is still listed for sale. Terry was never given permission to sale the kids music on his website or list them as one of his artist. There was never any kind of contract between Neighborhood Riot and Hits Records. The kids simply wanted to compete in a battle of the bands and that is all.

I realize that we will never recover the lost money however I do not want the band to be affiliated with this label. At this point my goal is to have anything with the Name Neighborhood Riot removed from his site. If Amy/Terry would like to pursue this legally I welcome their attorney to contact me . I have plenty of evidence to prove that what I am saying is true.

See how many members he got (60-70), he created most of those profiles so it looks like he got some members. Those profiles of famous people on his website hitsrecords.org are actually made by him! Everything that you see good written about him or his fake companies do not believe that because he wrote that.

I was just setting at my computer and found this on goggle and read it and wanted to comment on this company! I myself had signed up for the star search worldwide and also had paid my entry fee using my credit card.

I was contacted some time later by the staff of this company and advised that they had chosen to reset the star search for a later date. I must admit that i was upset and really looking forward to appearing and showing people my talent.

I was given my money back quickly and have had no problems with Hits Records and Mr. Sanders appeared to me to be honest and as always answered all my questions honestly!

I had a cousin that also joined the star search and she also was given all her money back in the same manner.

We do look forward to this company getting the shows set up correctly so, we can perform. But the above statement made by this person does not fit what we know of this company and we know first hand that they did refund our fee's in full.

Maybe Mr. Sanders is right and you need to check with pay pal, I do know that pay pal does things differently and maybe the hold up is there. As far as the music that the report is talking about, sounds like a good deal One Thousand Dollars for every receipt you can show. Don't seem like the one that filed this report had their information correctly.

As for this Eagle Entertainment Worldwide, I personally do not know them but, i have heard of how they cheat people like us all the time and their name is like dirt to lots of us that have big dreams!

So this will not go unanswered Greg! first you claim that money was taken from some children....Come on you know better and you know your wife paid a entry fee for the star search worldwide and you know you was contacted and advised that this had been put on hold until we had everything in place to do it right. Your pay pal card was recredited the fee and you know it, But we happen to have were we recredited your card and advised you that you needed to contact pay pal. then you claim that Hits Records has sold or is saleing your music. Again we need for you and anyone in the world to just show us just 1 time were we ever sold any of your music. You came on to Hits Records for free and we marketed the name of the group and paid for the marketing, you paid not one penny and have never been ask for it! once again Greg you will be advised that if you have not been credited the funds for $150.00 that you need to contact pay pal and if they need anything from us you know the number to give to them. I would also advise you to contact BMI, ASCAP or any other company you have that is keeping up with the sales of your music and ask them to investigate this claim that you are claiming. Greg show us one person that ordered your music and they would have had to pay with a Credit Card because we do not accept cash or checks, so they would be able to show you a receipt, we did turn over to our providers the request to remove you from the store and they are in the process of removing you, but just go and try to order it yourself sir! if what you claim is of any truth i do believe i would have my attorney to contact this company and i do believe that i would file suit! We will be having Legal Counsel contacting you for your part in conection with Eagle Entertainment Worldwide Slander of this person and Company, Sir you need to come with better stories than this one.
