H&m check your merchandise before you leave Irvine California

yeah, it might not be a big deal to some but it is to me. i went to h&m in irvine, ca at the spectrum. i came home and threw all the clothes in the washer. im hanging them up and i see a hole in one of the jackets i got and immediately called the store. girl says they wont exchange it because ive washed it. ive worked in retail before - we'd damage things out all the time - even when we knew its been worn we'd accept exchanges and then damage them out.
