I purchased two (2) RAINAWAY™ DOUBLE-LAYER HANDS-FREE INVERTED UMBRELLA
on December 21, 2016. It was to arrive 2-3 weeks. I have not received them. I have sent request for inquiry and then 3 request for refund. They continue to send an autmomated message that I will attach below.

It is truly important to us that our customers receive their orders on time however; we were informed few days ago that there were some changes in the custom policies affecting overseas packages to arrive late. With that, we humbly ask you to give the carrier 30 more days for the arrival of your package. I know 30 more days is too long but our marketing department is doing its best in negotiating to the custom office to expedite your order.
One of our representatives is tracking your order to assure that you will receive your package the soonest time possible.
I highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
