Richard Romanello, owner of a 43 employee company, went on eBay to buy an used universal remote control URC MX-980. We sold the MX-980 with pics and used with a discounted price-mentioning its need to be repreogrammed by a local URC authorized store. Richard Romanello claimed he has 7 (seven) other URC's programmed by a " buddy prrogrammer"-a nonauthorized programmer. He refused to go to an URC authorized dealer in his neighbor hood. He refused to provide the serial numbers of the motherboard before returning and forcing a refund through eBay from me. I had to pay also for the most expensive return shipping and he used the cheapest one making a couple of buck on me.

If a owner of such a large public service company needs to do the above I am WONDERING HOW THOUSAND OF DOLLARS WORTH OF TIME SHARING occur?
