Anthony Esplin and Malia Martell took $6,950 as a down payment to remodel our guest house, stalled for three months, took out 15 interior doors from the guest house (claiming he was going to paint them in his shop), then had a fire in his shop and claimed that all our stuff was burned. Stalled some more and then finally said he wasn't going to finish our job. He said he would have the remodel done in two months before we gave him the money. It was three months of us nagging him to come out and he would stay for two hours and then leave and not come back for weeks until we nagged him again. All he did was demolish the house and steal our doors. Now he won't even give our remote for the garage back to us. We have heard from several people that he has done this to other people and even in other states. They are both crooks!
