Home Loan Experts World Savings personal loan scam Paramus New Jersey

I was contacted by Home Loan Experts stating they could help me with my personal loan. Told me they deal with private lenders and look around for the best deal. I agreed to the deal after checking with the BBB. note: not accredited with the BBB but no complaints filed. They faxed me the contract and after reviewing it I signed and refaxed with other documents they requested. After they received the fax they recontactd me to tell me where to send the deposit money per the contract. I managed to come up with the $910 and as instructed I wired it to Canada where I was told that particular "lender" had the best offer. note: was told the lender would not get the money until I confirmed I had received my loan amount. All this took place July 29 and was told that I would have my loan by Friday July 31 in the morning. Was contacted later that day that the lender missed the dead line therefor the money would not be deposited until Friday by 2pm. Friday around 2:30pm I contacted Home Loan Experts and told them I had not received the funds, they told me they wold contact the lender and get back to me. About an hr later they called back to tell me once again the lender missed the dead line and would deposit the money at midnight. Saturday, August 1 by 11am still no money and my bank had no record of any money in the system. I contacted HLE once again and this time the guy was getting aggrivated and reassured me the money would be there by Monday, August 3. Needless to say, no money and as of today, Wednesday August 5th no money and no contact with HLE. Contacted Western Union and the money had been picked up Friday, July 31 around 5pm. Contacted the Federal Trade Commision and filed a complaint per there suggestion. Also filed a complaint with IC3 and cybercrime and the BBB of New Jersey. By the way, HLE was part of World Savings that was merged with Wachovia Bank. HLE no longer exists according to Wachovia and has not for at least 2years.
