HOME MASTERS PUT A THIEF IN OUR HOME TO INSTALL WINDOWS

The installer they hored stole a substantial amount of jewelry. 1. They gave us their word/agreed they would deduct the cost of the installation. NEVER HAPPENED When they could not recoup the monies from the installer they decided they would not remove the installation fee. 2. Said they would give us all the information needed to pursue the matter futher. NEVER HAPPENED. Conclusion: if they have to make good on something that goes wrong, forget about it.
