The information you are looking to obtain would be through a legitmate real estate attorney. You would need to provide all the documents you signed at closing to have the attorney review. The website for the people you posted doesn't in any way resemble a legitimate firm for the service you are seeking. Be very, very leery. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't contact them in any way.
