This Jacka** solicited me over the phone. Like an idiot I listened to his line of crap about getting me a fixed rate mortgage. Totally promised he would have it done in 45 days. NO WAY DID THAT HAPPEN.

He took it upon himself to take the profit and loss statements that were prepared from my accountant and s*** canned them. Then he prepaired a couple of his own and paste and glued our names to them.

After more than 60 days he basically offered our money back and said the bank was to blame for not issueing a modification in the time frame he had given.

I quickly caught my mortagae back up and looked to see how bad I f***ed my credit up becouse of this dips***. Couple weeks pass and we get a call from the bank that we are being investigated for fraud.  Still dont know how this is going to play out but Im sure it will be interesting.

These guys didnt process my paperwork in time, totally lied, gave false promises, altered legal documents, and basically forged my signature on anything they wanted to turn in. I dont think I would recomend using these cons.

Anybody know a good attorney in San Antonio.
