Johnny and Home Theater Experts located at11570 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, TX with phone number (915) 594-0667  installed the cabling, electronics and equipment for my home theater.  I told them that I wanted the best picture possible and insisted on a receiver with multiple HDMI input jacks. HDMI connection offered the best quality in sound and picture when the system was installed. They never installed the HDMI connection.  They billed for the HDMI connection.  They did not use the HDMI connection because  they knew that the connection was defective. They did this twice.

In 2011, I installed  new equipment and I couldn't get the HDMI to work.  I called Johnny and he sent a tech to install the equipment.  He charged me $65.00 for that service. The tech said all was okay.

In 2012, I got Netflix and attempted to connect my computer to the theater system via HDMI cable. It would not work.  I started researching the problem and found that the HDMI cable going from the receiver to the projector was never connected. Researching further, I found that the cable was sprayed with texture when the theater was built. Someone tried to clean the connector and ruined it.  The cable was installed inside the wall without conduit. It couldn't be replaced. Only way to have HDMI quality was to run a cable outside the wall or exposed.

The theater cost $30,000.  The equipment and cabling cost almost $10,000.  A cable run outside the wall would look unsightly for this theater.  I called Johnny to get a good HDMI cable.  He said he would have to charge me.  I told him that his company never delivered what they were paid for and to make it worse,  they hid their error two times.  Johnny said he would bring me a cable.  He never showed.

An HDMI cable was run exposed for testing purposes.  A noticeable increase in the quality of the sound and picture were apparent.  Researched and experimented with the problem for six months.  A solution was found.  Ten good wires in the HDMI cable that was run inside the wall were found and tested. Two good HDMI connectors were then spliced to both ends of the cable. The cost for the research of the problem and application of the solution was over $1000.

Johnny's records indicate that in January 2007 I purchased speakers and volume controls and in May 2007 I purchased additional speakers, volume controls, 2 door phones, 4 cameras and a DVR for the camera system.  I also purchased the installation of the equipment of the theater room.  Johnny did not deliver additional speakers and volume controls.  He did not deliver the 2 door phones, or the 4 cameras or the DVR for the camera system and Johnny did not deliver the  HDMI cable in the equipment of the theater room.

In December 2009 I could not get the HDMI to work when I installed a new DVD.  I called Johnny and he sent a technician that I was suppose to trust because Johnny said he was very good.  Jerry billed me $65 for the service call, which I paid with check #1810.  I asked Jerry if he had fixed my problem, and he said yes.  The problem was to check the HDMI cable and get it to work.  Jerry completed the order that Johnny himself stated in a letter to, “check the HDMI on the DVD,” without fixing the cable and without getting the DVD working on HDMI.  Jerry wired the DVD to the RCA jack.

Johnny and Home Theater Experts purposely and intentionally mislead me that they had delivered what their records reflect.  They did this twice.  In the initial installation, and in the installation of equipment in 2011. They have been difficult to reach. When I told them that they had not delivered what I paid for, they took no action to correct the problem.
