Home-Water-Purifiers-and-filters.com Home Plus Products Inc Did not receive merchandise ordered online British Columbia

On Dec.2/17 I ordered online, water filtration products. I received an acknowledgement of order (63329). A charge of $115 plus a conversion charge of $3.45 was charged to my credit card for the purchase. As of 23 Jan.18 this merchandise was not received. I emailed the company on more than one occasion requesting tracking or other info that might help me locate these items. The company did not reply to these emails. Because I have not received the merchandise and have received no communication from the company,I am very concerned that I have been scammed by this company. It is my first experience wtih a situation like this.

Thanks to Ripoff Report the company did contact me and offered proof that the material was sent to the address where it was supposed to go. The issue is now resolved.
