Homecomings Fiancial they are trying to take my home Dallas Texas

my mortgage was taken over by homecomings aout 7 month ago. we never had a problem with our mortgage before then. since thn we have had them tell me how they are not receiving my payments. funny though how it is taken out of my account every month. i have proof in my bank statement. so where's my money? they tell me that i m nw several months behind and owe them an excess of 7,000 in back payments as well as lawyers ees to harmon law associates. who by the way work for them! i have done everything they have asked in order to try to resolve this problem. I havefaxed and sent then proof but someow they still insstthat i owe them this money. but noone can tell me exactlywhy or how. now i have tried to mke arrangements to pay this because i don't want to lose my home of 27 yrs. surprise surprise though, i can't get ahold of the rep that has been handling my account. i have left dozens of messages for charles salters, my supposed rep, but he never gets back to e. then when u try to leave a message, u can't because is mailbox s alway full. they have made a date to try and aucion off my house. i feel that they are trying to stall the situation so i will not be able to resolve this before then. so what do i do now? I feel like i am fighting a losing battle.i am at my wits end and don't know where to go from here. please can't someone help me to get the answers?!
