Homecomings Financial A Gmac Company im put on hold for hours everytime i call to get information reguarding my account they want give me the imfomation i need to refinance with another company Waterloo Ladallas Texas

i have been trying to refinance my house for three months. I contacted homecomings for a payment history they sent me a report that said i was 30 days late on my payment wich looked bad to the under writer. so they told me to have homecomings to send them a letter stateing i have never been late on my payment well they said there system is showing i have never been late. but they wasnt going to send the letter well my loan was denied because of that my house payment is going way up i ont think i can afford it so i dont understand why it says i was 30 days late if i wasnt i have never been able to talk with anyone there that can help me with this its alost as if they dont want me to refinance my home so they can take it this is poor mangement the problem was that it was saying aplied and the unaplied wich makes it look like i didnt have the funds in the bank to cover the check wich i did
