Homelovers unbelievably unprofessional company with a lot of hidden fees Glendale Arizona

Oh the many things that make this company unprofessional. First off they
charged $600 dollars upfront to do internet "marketing" which, when pressured (many telephone calls of me frustrated because I couldn't find the property online with the address), they finally told me were ALL free sites such as craigslist except for their own website which was the only site I found it on. Save the $600 bucks and take the time to upload your own ads. Secondly they did not see the property or even pick up the keys from the neighbors with whom I had left the keys and HOA information for almost 3 weeks after I vacated the property. I later picked up the keys from the neighbor and terminated the contract with Homelovers. They did not show the property themselves, they just gave the key code to anyone who gave them a ID number. They wanted to charge me $500 extra dollars for cleaning services without even visiting the property, even though the 1 person who came to view the property told THEM that it looked great and they wanted to get more information. Of the 2 people who were interested in the property one couple did not even make it to the home because the address they had on their website was wrong even after I brought it to their attention twice. I mean the whole experience was such a nightmare I even filed a complaint with the better business bureau to get my money back which they denied and claimed that they have visited the property and I was lying about everything including the fact that the house was "clearly in need of a janitorial service" which was completely untrue since 1. they haven't even seen the property (other than the initial visit) and 2. a government official came to inspect the property for a section 8 tenant whom I found, and said it was in perfect shape with no need for cleaning (since I did that before I left). It is so absolutely shocking that I had to deal with this type of deceit from a company so interested in helping their clients. I have learned my lesson and will do my homework. STEER CLEAR OF THIS ONE!!!!!
