On June 1 2015 my son purchased a car at honda cars of rockwall and made his $200 deposit. Then they stated I've to cosign the car or else they will repossessed the car w/o me signing the contract. Now they knew they have a mental condition. So June 2 I went up there dope up and wanted to kill myself. Which the sales rep and finance person knew that since I told them I was dope with medication. Because I couldn't believe they can repocess the car w/o me signing the contract. They told me since my son put his deposit down that's why they can do that. So, I tried calling them which it was very difficult to get them on the phone so what they did the sales rep called my son on his cell phone not his work phone wondering why I'm calling. He told him to call my mom. Which he never did. Now all our calls are recorded. Which I share it with with my psychologist and therapist. Which they increase the med sinces they had put my stress level got really high. I want to let people know how far these people go thru to get a sale. They didn't care that I was dope up and suicidal. All they tell me they got paid and their nothing I'd can So this is buyer beware.

I had already reported to everyone and I do mean everyone. Since, people were shock about this. 2nd part I had purchased a car on 5/30 and I thought the deal was through. But Bryan director finance sttd I need my bank statement. I told him my bank is not here I went on my app & print screen. He sttd that didn't work. Then he sttd that he called my bank and as a dealership all they needed was my acct number. Not knowing he will change my password. I recd an email from my bank that my password has been change and call immediately which I did. Then he called me up & tell I hv great news we are able to fix Ur son car. So when I call back he asked for another bank statement since I hv 2 account. He sttd let's complete yours then ur son. I said no let's fix his then mine. They didn't like that. So I stated pick up the car I even email them to p/u the car since I couldn't get a hold on the phone for 2 weeks. So Shawn told me (mgr) sttd we charge you as rep occasion charge since you didn't bring the car back. I stated you stated you will p/u the car and hv someone look over it. He sttd no I shouldn't return the car. Which they knew I couldn't come back up there or else I would have another attack. I had never experienced anything of buying a car. I believe they this because they were upset I mess up their quota. That's what I overheard.

They knew I was dope up and then lie when the bank told me I came in willing to sign the contract. I even spoke with matthew and sttd he doesn't remember. He spoke w/several people during that time. I said how many people come up there and said they are dope up and wanted to kill themselves. He respond I don't know. That don't even make any since. My daughter was there who had helped me. She told me something but I didn't get to hear it . She didn't wanted to tell me cause she believe that I would went off really crazy. Since I was dope at this time she will not want to tell because she is afraid what I will do.

I got off the phone with Allybank who told the contract was actually signed on 5/30 which I did signed. They told me to signed to hold my son car for 48 hours since the bank was closed at that time his car payment was $4 hundred something dollar. Never recd the contract since it was not valid. On June 2 when I was forced the contract his car note was $370 a month. Why I wouldn't just take car on 5/30 why wait till June 2. Then why they forged the date if the car was not actually sold on the June 2. Allybank told me if this is true this is illegal transaction and wanted to make sure that they would not get in trouble. I told her you wouldn't get in trouble it would be the car dealership. I was told this is a legal suit since the contract was forged. Ally will fax me their contract on monday. All I wanted was apologize. Now I want then to donate to the mental health. Because they didn't care about only about money /quota. Which I notice they did my contract the same way. I think they slipped. This slipped now would get them in trouble
