We were scammed by Hope Now Modifications LLC for $2,000.00.
We worked with them for 4 months. I recently called to check on the progress of our modification to find no operator, & no access to ANY worker.
Luckily our loan counselor accidently called us from his cell phone one day & I kept the number.

I called him today 3/27/09 after having no contact with the company since March 9, 2009. He was SHOCKED I had his number.
He said the Attorney general of New Jersey froze the company account & is pressing criminal charges.

The counselor said the owner's name is Sal Puglia.

We are now FRANTICALLY trying to find someone to help us before we go into foreclosure & try to get our $2,000.00 back.
