Hot Frog Media American Generations Magazine, Drew Romagnoli Tammy Brinkle, Hot Five Media Have money to throw away? Give it to Hot Frog Media Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

A check for $350 was sent to this organization on or about August3, 2010 and was posted on my account on August 10, 2010. This amount was in payment or a 1/4 page ad in the Signature Venue Ad book for BoMA in Columbus, OH. Mr Drew Romagnoki was their rep who sold me the ad. After being repeated told the book was "forth coming" but not date was set, I requested a refund. I requested this refund on Nov 28th, 2010. I sent a number of emails to Mr. Romagnoi and spoke to several people on the phone with Hot Frog Media dn still have not received a refun. It is now 10 months since I placed the ad and 7 months since I requested a refund. Couple things to consider here. First, never pay cash for anything. Use a credit card. It leaves you with some options. Oh, did I mention that a Tammy Brinkley called me from Hot Frog Media on March 22, 2011. Said she had talked with her boss and she was told that he was willing to give me my money back if I would go back to the BBB and other sites and state that the whole matter had been settled to my satisfaction. Well, I said I would do that if I received a letter first stating that I would get my refund if I did this. Tammy said she would have her boss send out a letter. Guess what? No letter.
