I just fell for their scam regarding the Bauma 2010 exhibition in Munich and I have been informed that many other companies, both exhibitors and visitors to the Exhibition, have fallen for the same scam.
I have personally phoned them and spoke to various people at their office in Cologne and they just tell people to "get lost" as they believe it is too costly for the claimant to institute legal action from a foreign country.
They continue to operate and scam people all over the world based on the fact that the victims will not institute legal proceedings due to the cost derived from being in a foreign country.
Their website shows how they operate and the extent of their field of action.
