I booked a room based on the description. It was not what I got upon checking in. So I called hotel planner.com only to be told tough luck....now I am stuck here for 5 days or forfeit the money. They have no customer service what so ever....I will never use this company again.

While there's nothing wrong with looking for a good deal, you're taking this way to far.   What do you seriously expect to get when you agree to buy something without even knowing what it is?   Even when you know going into it that you will have to accept whatever accomodations they choose to give you.
