In April 2009, I booked a hotel on hotelplanner.com for two nights at the Days Inn in Albany, NY. It cost me $172.56, I had booked it for November 11th through the 13th. On the night of the 10th, I went to the website to double confirm the room, well about 5 minutes later I noticed that the room was cancelled!! So, I called numerous times the following day and wanted to get answers, no deals, I asked for my money back because I never cancelled the room, I got a s****.>
