Hotelplanner.com Double charged. No refund. West palm beach Fl

Website is very easy to use and I was excited that I found a good deal on a room. My wife and I had a gas leak in our apartment and had to book quickly. I paid $75 to HotelPlanner and went to check in. Upon check in, I was asked for my card to verify my booking. A week later, I am charged $63 by Red Roof Inn on top of the $75 I already paid. I called hotelplanner TWICE and they said that no one was answering at Red Roof Inn and to call back later?!! How ridiculous! So I keep calling back and they are no help.

Now, hotelplanner is telling me that I have to call back when the GM is at red roof inn because the person they need to talk to is the GM. The woman at hotelplanner said that the clerk st Red roof inn confirmed the double charge but we need to wait on the GM who is NEVER there. So, I won't be using this site again.
