Hotwire Hotwire Sucks Internet

I used Hotwire to book a car rental in my area, after purchasing the car rental I was given the name of the agency.  The agency is located 40 miles away from where i live.  I contacted hotwire to try to change the agency, and they would not do it,  i also called the car agency who told hotwire that if i drove to my local airport, they would send a shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the agency.  The only problem with this gesture is it would take 1 hour and two interstates to do this. I tried to get a refund but I received no help from them.  I lost my money and now have to re book with another agency, lesson learned I will NEVER work with Hotwire again.
