Hotwire.com ripoff They made a mistake and since all sales final - they wouldn't fix it. San Francisco California

I purchased a round trip ticket through Hotwire online. The company gave me a red-eye flight, which I did not ask for, I immediately called the company to inform them of the mistake.

The service rep cancelled the flight and booked another flight for me over the phone. This time the flight was booked on the wrong date and the service rep would not change the flight again. She said all sales were final, they were allowed to give only one courtesy rebook per customer.

I feel I was rip-offed for $233, since I was not able to use the flight, I had a business meeting to attend, and the flight that they gave me would have put me arriving more than 6 hours late.

Please be aware of these services, I did try to speak with the company over a dozen times, and they were rude and I got nowhere. Oh well, live and learn.
