HRP Staffing Wants me to pay 199$ for online training Plainstow, New Hampshire

I got on a webinar today and it was about 35 minutes. I could not see any of the others that were on the webinar nor was I allowed to speak. I could only ask questions through the Q&A box. I could tell there was something fishy because the host was acting a little nervous and messing up some of the words he was trying to say. They offer you a lot of money if you recruit someone for a healthcare position and if they get the job you will get paid. They offer a guarantee to make you want to sign up. The address on the website does not exist and the telephone number for the recruiter that contacted me has no area code. Where in the hell did they get my email address anyway! That's what I was thinking through the whole presentation. Don't give these con artist your money!
