HSI ,Health Sciences Institute, I ordered the book 'Miracles From the Vault' and haven't received my book nor replies to my emails asking when they mailed it! They wouldn't say. Alberta

I got an email and video from Health Sciences Institute saying they had a 'free' book, Miracles From the Vault and another free report to offer me, and when I looked further, they said I had to get a year's subscription for some health reports.  I've been getting the health reports in about other books and products charging for them and I wrote them back and said I would order other books or products once I have proof that HSI has mailed my book and report.  I haven't heard back from them and have emailed them and told them (3 times) that I want to know when the book was mailed and if I don't hear back, I will call my credit card company and have the charge reversed.  They should be able to provide people with a tracking number!  If I don't hear from them soon, I will cancel the book!
