Hughes Net Misleading promos and huge early termination fee Germantown Maryland

I had no choice at the time but to sign up with hughes net/ Directway. It was the only option to dial up I had. I was never happy with the service or cost. Cable was recently made available to me so I switched over to our cable
service...much faster, much better and less $$$$. I called to cancel my Hughes Net and was informed that I signed a 24 month commitment! I was never made aware of this verbally..I'm sure it was in the "Very Fine" print! My early termination fee is $300!! I'm going to contact corporate directly and pitch a b***h..not sure I'll get anywhere with them but it will make me feel better. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS...EVER!!!!!! THEY LIE...CHEAT AND STEAL!
