Deputies Of Hunt County Non effective protective order due to hunt county sheriff office Greenville Texas

I was assaulted on Dec.2nd, 2008. I am disabled / elderly and have had multiple surguies on my back from S1 , comlete lumbar to thorasic 2. The report was made to Det. Seals and now is in the hands of Det. Seals. The report # is 0810636 which nothing is stated about injury report made by Depl Money. In that act my Husband Edward Fields and Kyle Jennings assaulted me the husband shoved down and Kyle Jennings kneed me twice in the right chest. It took 3 weeks to swell until my insides did not fit in my chest. The hospital bills are about 5000.00 Since that Time nothing has been done nor filed on Jennings.

I went to court the 20th of January 2009 and got the protective order from the District Court. Case #73682. I asked the court to remove Eddie Fields from residence, remove 45cal hand gun ,a order to keep e.fields 200yds from myself and other protected people and other orders relating to Protective order.

With all orders of the court in place I went to awarded residence January24,2009 Edward Fields and Kyle Jennings were in the house. I drove on and reported it to sheriff department. They did respond in a time, found Them at M. Salmon's house which is within 75 ft. of my house. They were told by Eddie Fields that he was at the house but he did not have the order and never recieved it. (that is a lie, for he was served in the court on the date of 1-20-09. They did not arrest him.

They must have died laughing at them and Me. I was asked to file an affidavit By Dep. d**e and I replied that What is the court orders for? Did I have to go to court each time. He still has his 45 that is his uncle Johnny Rose's. He has terrorised through other parties he will bomb burn kill. He is Still in the house. He did not keep the 200yrds. order 4 orders broken none upheld. When i have a bullet in my head then I at least have this as a record. Catherine d. Fields
