First-off this company is a complete joke unfortunately; I'd worked for this company as a Sale Representative for a month & I quickly learn how they tend to lie to their customers just to make a quick sale. There where two reigonal managers who handle on-call closes named Rick & Chris for the Missouri Region. I didn't appreciate neither one because, of their rude demeanor over phone. I've never met anyone in person who've work at the company. All contacts was telecommunication throughout the whole process. Its was hard getting leads in fact I had to beg the Managers as it all started shortly after the onboarding process. I came across an ad on craigslist which said something similar to "Needing Closer Leads Are Provided" but, not exact. They promised gas reimbursements, $3,000/monthly salary (if you made 2 sales within a month) plus your Commission. As it all sounded promising it was huge let down. [continued below]....

..... I would get appointments that where 2 hours or more away from home with older customers which most where on strict income with health issues, which seems to be the target market for Hydrorprotubs because, they wasn't selling just tubs. They where selling it as a health benefit & their telemarketers will tell them that their INSURANCE will pay for the tubs. Well that's no where near true. These customers are paying out-of-pocket as just as their financing  or leasing a vehicle. I would come into the home thinking it's a sale & everytime its a customer mislead thinking their insurance companies are paying for tubs. WHAT HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY FOR A TUB? I'm also an insurance agent so, that was a huge turn-off for working for them. They also, had a policy that Sales Rep are unable to call the customer, we would had to call the Managers to contact the customers for us & they wouldn't even contact them. I call customers to confirm appointments if they'll still available which the smart thing to do. 


I never made a sale, in-fact I didn't even want to make a sale for Hyroprotubs. I didn't get any gas reimburst after wasting my time & driving long hours. When tried to get my gas reimbusrt they told me not to contact them no more. I would call customers just to warn them & that their insurance will not pay for it. They going to run their credit & get a loan for it. On top of everything these where customers who where on fixed income. People who had medical bills, retired, etc. I hope this company cease to exist. BELOW ARE ADDITIONAL INFORAMTION TO HELP BACK MY COMPLAINT.
