I ordered in November gifts for my grandchildren, sister and friends for Christmas 2017. They sent me an email of confirmation and credited my credit card. They said it would take 2-4 weeks. After 2 weeks I wrote to them to find out about my order. I wanted to make sure it would be here by christmas since I had ordered it in November and it had more than 2-4 weeks to be completed. they sen back a note and sted that someone would get in contact with me in 24-48 hours. So i waited and no contact with them. I called but the number stated that it was not working. I emailed them 3-4 more times. but no answer. They even kept sending advertisments to order more things! Well, after 4 weeks i wrote the BBB and I called my credit card sompany. the BBB has since sent an email stating that they cannot get any response from them. This same thing happened to my daughter this year who gave me the website for this company. she also did not get her ordered filled-only her credit card charged.
