Ian Purcell EBAY HANDLE IS icsentaclinic-5 AT THE MOMENT, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THEY STOLE THE ACCOUNT TO DO THEIR RIPOFF AS IT HADN'T HAD ANY ACTIVITY IN THE PAST YEAR TILL THIS STRAIGHT UP RIPOFF they purchased our printer, then said it didn't work and took their money back and sent back a different printer San Diego California

These people seem to either be directly instructed by the individual or are acting on the orders of this person.
we found multiple negative reviews of this person's business, etc on yelp
These people ordered a 225$ printer from us on ebay and when it arrived immediately claimed that it didn't work or was defective. this was a flat out lie as after making us pay for the return label which cost us an additional 57$ again, they sent backi a different model of printer. And it had the problem that they said ours did, but it wasn't our [rinter. we had sent a Brother MFC9660dn and they sent back a brother mfc9460dn for some stupid reason thinking we wouldn't notice.
They have not responded to any messages via ebay or answered the phone for any of our callss.
Judging from what i have seen about these people, they do this kind of thing to a number of people

we would like to update the situation as it is now.
the problem was resolved by a super diplomatic young lady who settled the issues and we regret our references to the character of the buyers how we stated them as we did go over the line with them.
We feel that in this case the resolution of the problem was equitable far more than we had experienced previously and that we would like to withdraw the rip off report we initially filed.

This was an enourmous misunderstanding and here is the solution that the seller and I have agreed upon.
I purchased a Brother MFC-8680DN for $220.00 on ebay. The printer was received promptly however it did not work and I returned it to the seller. The seller reports selling a Brother MFC9660DNreceiving a Brother MFC9460DN. Seller payed for shipping both directions and was able to fix the Brother MFC9460 printer that was returned and valued it between $125-150.
Original purchase price for printer: $220.00
Cost to seller for shipping: $57.00
Cost to seller for return shipping: $57.00
Declared value of printer recieved by seller: $137.50
Agreement: Seller agreed to accept $195 via paypal to move forward. I paid him and hope we can both move forward from this unfortuante misunderstanding.
