 I seen an ad that stated summer blowout deal, free just pay for shipping and handling for an Ibex Tumbler after I received the tumbler they took out an additional $39.95 . My husband called them and they said it was just for a 7 day trial and then you had to spend it back or be charged but I read this nowhere in their ad. So if I wanted to send it back not only would I have to pay shipping and handling to get the cup, I would also have to buy something to shop it back in but I would have to pay to send it back. So I would have to pay over $15 for a cup I no longer had, who the hell would want to do that plus i would have to wait for my $39.95 to be returned to me,that is absolutely insane. For a cup that said free I have lost out on almost $47.00 .

Ibex Tumbler I ordered a FREE!! Ibex Tumbler for 6.95 received it almost two months later then I noticed my bank account and they charged me 39.95 on top of this I have had the Tumbler less then two weeks and it isn't any better then a Yeti tumbler which is cheaper! Nothing free about this offer it's a rip-off!! Internet

I was charged the $6.99 on August 5th, then today (August 14th) an additional $39.95 was withdrawn from my checking account. I was never notified of the additional charge. Internet

Ibex Tumbler I paid shipping for a cup that was in an ad as free. 2 weeks later the company charged an additional $43.13 without authorization. When I called them, they told me that I agreed to this in the original order. I was offered a discount on the charge or a second cup for free, or I can pay to return the cup at my own expense and they will refund $39.95, so i would still have paid $15 for nothing. Internet
